In one word: OUTSTANDING! I am exceedingly impressed with PPGH, as is my husband, and even my mother (who remembers a PPGH of less than stellar times). I was relieved to see long time hospitalists such as Dr. Clement. His presence provided me with a sense of consistency. The addition of the Tele-Pulmonary & Critical Care Service was a brilliant move. I am convinced that Dr. Pritam Ghosh is the hardest working physician on that service. His down-to-earth, listeners, encouragers heart was comforting. That your ICU Director was proactive and recognized the need for staff training on advanced interventions like proning the ventilated patient no doubt saved, and continues to save, lives.
